What happens when I install the app?
Once you have installed Knowledge365 in Teams, you will be guided through our start-up process. You choose the number of licenses (one per user)
- Enter your company’s billing information
- Give us consent to access your Microsoft 365 data
- Take a tour of the system’s features
- Start cultivating knowledge!
You need to have the following ready
- Company billing information, including a valid debit or credit card
- A Microsoft 365 administrator to give consent for data access (You can also give consent later)
